The Residence Maroadi is a brand new construction located in the Centre of Torbole (one of the most beautiful spots of Lake Garda Trentino) in a quiet area only 300 metres from the beach. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing and tranquil holiday, within walking distance of various sporting opportunities (windsurfing and sailing schools, yachting clubs, bike service and shuttle, canyon adventure) the wellness and beauty centres, the fashion and sports shops, the classical and local restaurants, the pizzerias, the bars for the nightlife and entertainment.
All 25 apartments are 50 metres squared and have three rooms: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a pull-out sofa double bed. Each apartment has independent access and a large terrace where you can eat. It is fully furnished. Kitchens are equipped with crockery, pots, a large refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven and a Melitta coffee machine. The TV has satellite connection allowing you to see foreign language channels. You can choose whether to use the heating or cooling system to maintain your ideal room temperature.
Each apartment has an allocated underground parking area, while a secured room is available for sports equipment (windsurf, mountain bike, etc.). An elevator brings you directly from the garage to your apartment. A swimming pool for you and your children, a small playground and a ping pong table are also on grounds offering you a more relaxed and comfortable stay. Other services at your disposal are the wire-less internet access, a washing machine and dryer room, and cots for babies.
