How many nights can I book?

For the pitches.
In the months of July and August, reservations are accepted only for stays of at least 5 nights. In other months, the minimum stay requirement varies between 1 and 4 nights, depending on availability and the period. Without a reservation, the stay is free.

For the apartments and mobile homes

In July and August can I arrive and leave whenever I want?

For the pitches
In the months of July and August we accept reservation with arrivals or departures on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

For the apartments and mobile homes
In the months of July and August we accept reservation with arrivals or departures on Saturday and Sunday.

Is a deposit required?

In order to confirm the booking a deposit is required and it is proportionate to the full amount of your staying.

If I do not send the deposit?

Bookings are automatically cancelled after 3 days if no deposit is paid.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made in writing. The deadlines for free cancellation are shown in the table below.
If the cancellation is made within the applicable deadline, the deposit will be refunded, with a €20 cancellation fee where applicable.
After these deadlines, the deposit will not be refunded.

Payment

In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. Please pay on the day of arrival. .

Can I book a specific pitch, apartment or mobile home?

The pitch, apartment or mobile home will be allocated by the management. Everything possible will be done to allocate the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will ignore requests of cancellation or reimbursement.

If I arrive a day later?

Campsite management will keep the place until 12 o'clock of the next day.

Check in and check out?

For the pitches
On departure day, the place must be freed by 12 o'clock, except when otherwise agreed with the management.
The arrival day is better to arrive after 12:00 a.m.

For the mobile homes and apartments.
On departure day, the flat and Mobile home must be left by 9 o'clock in the morning, clean and tidy. Except when otherwise agreed with the management.
On arrival day, the flat and Mobile home will be available for check in after 16.00.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome!

For the pitches
During the low season, your dog is admitted free of charge. During the high season, a daily supplement is charged according to the current price list.

For the mobile homes and apartments.
There is a €5.00 supplement per night for 2026. From 2027 onwards the cost will be €10.00 per night.
