How many nights can I book?

For the pitches.
During the months of July and August bookings are accepted for a minimum period of 7 nights. During the other months bookings are accepted for a minimum of 4 nights. Without reservations, the stay has no limitations

For the apartments and mobile homes
During the months of July and August and the beginning of September bookings are accepted for a minimum period of 7 nights. During the other months bookings are accepted for a minimum stay of 5 or 3 nights, depending on the season.

In July and August can I arrive and leave whenever I want?

For the pitches
In the months of July and August we accept reservation with arrivals or departures on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

For the apartments and mobile homes
In the months of July and August we accept reservation with arrivals or departures on Saturday and Sunday.

Is a deposit required?

In order to confirm the booking a deposit is required and it is proportionate to the full amount of your staying.

If I do not send the deposit?

Bookings are automatically cancelled after 3 days if no deposit is paid.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us.
In high season, 21 days before the date of arrival.
In medium season, 10 days before the date of arrival.
In low season, 5 days before the date of arrival.
In this case the deposit will be refunded completely.
When sufficient notice is not given, or if one fails to arrive the entire deposit will be retained.

Payment

In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. Please pay on the day of arrival. .

Can I book a specific pitch, apartment or mobile home?

The pitch, apartment or mobile home will be allocated by the management. Everything possible will be done to allocate the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will ignore requests of cancellation or reimbursement.

If I arrive a day later?

Campsite management will keep the place until 12 o'clock of the next day.

Check in and check out?

For the pitches
On departure day, the place must be freed by 12 o'clock, except when otherwise agreed with the management.
The arrival day is better to arrive after 12:00 a.m.

For the mobile homes and apartments.
On departure day, the flat and Mobile home must be left by 9 o'clock in the morning, clean and tidy. Except when otherwise agreed with the management.
On arrival day, the flat and Mobile home will be available for check in after 16.00.
